I currently study Translation and Interpreting (EN/ES>IT) at the Scuola Superiore per Mediatiori Linguistici di Pisa. I have always had a great passion for languages, but it was during the high school when I realized that my passion could become my job. At that time, I understood that what made me really excited about was studying languages as a tool of communication and sharing so, after obtaining the diploma, I decided to make a change in my life by choosing a university focused on the practical study of languages in order to constantly apply the acquired skills and prove myself. ° ° ° I consider myself as an introvert and stubborn, but open-minded person, always willing to exchange views with others, to learn about different cultures and lifestyles, especially by travelling and getting to know new people. I am a freelance translator, Italian mother tongue. I hold a Master's Degree in Technical Translation and another one in Ecnomics. . I have got a good deal of experience translating technical/marketing texts and software, but also motorsports, cycling and tourism (from English, Spanish, and French into Italian). My average output is about 2200/2500 words/day (up to 3000, if needed, for rush jobs.) I believe in quality: this is why I always deliver thoroughly and double-checked translations, paying deep attention to style and terminology. Also, I translate only into my mother tongue (Italian), in order to ensure the best quality.
