I'm a Computer Science university student, science & tech enthusiast, hobbyist musician (I play electronic keyboards), scout leader, ttRPG player, gamer and professional nerd :D I'm an Italian native speaker and a B2 level english speaker. I've always been passionate about video game translation and localization, often working to create or improve translations for games I play and love. At this point I've been doing it for over 7 years as a hobbyist and 2 years as an online freelancer and I've gained some experience in the field. I have experience translating game/software content like many minecraft mods, indie games, websites and mobile apps, either working from scratch or fixing incorrect previous translations.

I’m a translator working from English, German and French into Italian. I graduated from the Advanced School for Interpreters and Translators in Florence where I got a University Diploma (1998) EN>IT - DE>IT. I began to work as foreign language expert and manager assistant for an international architect in Florence (1999-2002). After a couple of years, I joined a buying office (2002-2006 ) - dealing with the fashion industry, first as a translator, and then, as a production and logistics coordinator. I'm a freelance translator since 2007. I'm a TAUS certified Post Editor, Quality Manager and Transcreator. I have got a good deal of experience translating technical/marketing texts and software, but also motorsports, cycling and tourism (from English, Spanish, and French into Italian). My average output is about 2200/2500 words/day (up to 3000, if needed, for rush jobs.)
