I am M Amir Syarifuddin, I am currently working as a professionally qualified freelance English><Indonesian interpreter and translator with 6 years experience. I have recently joined with UNHCR, Malaysia and funkycorp.com, a Japanese boutique agency by translating the company’s website and company profile. At the end of 2017, I have been hired by Asian Absolute, a UK translation company based in Singapore by translating annual report of Indonesian company and some other translation projects. I am also currently running my business on cryptocurrency with my teams as a community manager which based in Netherlands. I am determined, enthusiastic, and hard working as part of the team or individual. I got my BS in computer science years ago, but then I found my passion in translation field. I've been providing English to Indonesian services (documents/articles/websites translation, proofreading/editing, app localization, subtitling) since 2009. I have a Master of Science degree in Molecular Mechanism of Disease (Molecular Biology) from Radboud University Netherland, Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy, and a diploma in pharmacist profession (apothecary program). Regarding credentials, I am a full member of Association of Indonesian Translators. And currently, I am studying to get my ASc degree in Computer Science. From 2010 to 2015, I worked for a university textbook publisher, EGC Medical Publisher, in Indonesia. I have followed a formal training for editors. I was involved in the translation, editing, and proofreading of university textbooks in the fields of pharmaceutical, medical, biology, etc.
