Hi! I'm a beginner translator looking to gain experience.

I'm specialized in software and app translations, working with them on a daily basis. I also have ongoing clients in the travel and food industries.

Moiety Translations is a small two-person translation agency based in Jyväskylä, Finland that specializes in English-Finnish translations, though we do Swedish-Finnish translations as well. Both of our translators are native Finnish speakers with Master's degrees in English and Translation (University of Eastern Finland). We have experience on several different types of translations: for example, texts related to medicine, marketing, logistics, and design. We have also worked as interpreters and proofreaders.

I've translated manuals, surveys, web content and children books for clients from Europe and the UK. I can translate texts from a wide range of subjects, including engineering, art and culture, tourism and education.

Hello! I'm Matti, detail-oriented Bachelor of Engineering. I've very technical background, I work also as product specialist and use almost daily English for communicating. Usually written, spoken about once in month. I also have to write instructions to technicians so I have really think how things has to be told to be understood. I also used to proofread technical documents translations to Finnish. Also Excel is major part of my job, so I'm quite good with it. Specialises in translation of entertainment, including games, movie subtitles, and literature, and in online content, such as company websites and product descriptions. Worked two years in customer service position in England and has a strong understanding of colloquialisms and dialects in both English and Finnish. Excels in sense-to-sense translations and projects where tone of voice is as important as fluency.
