I have Bachelor's Degree in Translation & Interpreting Studies at Yeditepe University in Istanbul. Since the beginning of my education at this department, I have done many translations in EN > TR and TR > EN language pairs. I did my internship at ES Language Services, which is the first localization company to be established in Turkey and is widely known in localization sector. I have gained experience in website localization, IT texts and some other fields I listed on my profile during my internship and my education. After working in real estate and banking sectors, I decided to pursue my career as a full-time freelance translator. I'm working as a freelance translator since 2007 and my main expertise areas are IT, technical, and video games. I have a diploma in Translation and Interpretation Studies from one of the most prestigious universities in Turkey, and I have spent 3 months in Canada to enhance my technical competencies upon its completion. I have gained technical experience in English-Turkish technology translation for press with major companies such as Nokia, alongside translation for other diverse subjects. I also possess some knowledge of Russian and German, although my expertise lies in English-Turkish and Turkish-English translation.

In June 2022, I graduated from Istanbul University, Department of German Translation and Interpreting. I have been professionally providing translation services to many translation companies and offices for 1 year. I specialize in technical, legal and medical translations.

I graduated from Translation and Interpreting Studies Department in the year of 2012. As an undergraduate student at Boğaziçi University, I have improved my English speaking skills through the courses. Moreover, I cannot deny the great contribution of my visiting the USA and working there for three months. During my education I worked at different places, such as publishing houses, translation offices so as to gain experiences. Apart from translating legal and business documents for various local and international translation companies as a freelance translator, I have also edited a number of books, stories, poems and other creative texts. I also completed my M.A. in Comperative Literature at Istanbul Bilgi University, which contributed my academic and linguistic skills. Following that, I started my Phd at Translation and Interpreting Studies Department at Yıldız Technical University in 2017.

I graduated from one of the most prominent language and literature departments of Turkey after which I started working as a professional translator and conference interpreter without any interruption till now. I am highly confident in areas such as IT, tourism, agriculture, marketing & communication, websites, technology and business (contracts, legal documents, etc.).
