I graduated from Translation and Interpreting Studies Department in the year of 2012. As an undergraduate student at Boğaziçi University, I have improved my English speaking skills through the courses. Moreover, I cannot deny the great contribution of my visiting the USA and working there for three months. During my education I worked at different places, such as publishing houses, translation offices so as to gain experiences. Apart from translating legal and business documents for various local and international translation companies as a freelance translator, I have also edited a number of books, stories, poems and other creative texts. I started my career in the translation and localization field working as a vendor translator for SDL plc. when I was at Boğaziçi University. During that time, I completed several projects and gained experience mostly in technical translation (automotive and manufacturing). In 2017, I started my first full-time job as a translation project manager and carried out project management and quality assurance tasks for almost a year. In 2018, I was hired by a software company, JotForm, as a full-time English-Turkish translator.
