As an immigrant in the USA I have experienced first hand the challenges of language barriers, and my passion for languages and desire to help my community motivated me to learn more about language services. I'm a certified bilingual, I studied english lenguage for 2 years in the Venezuelan American institud of Zulia (CEVAZ) here in my country, also I worked there as english teacher for almost 4 years, after getting my certification in english lenguage I'm from Venezuela, recently graduated in electronic engineer, and currently finishing the CCNA 4 of Cisco academy I've experience doing a wide range of translation work, starting from legal and technical translation, as well as general translation mostly. Professional translator with 10 years of experience. I'm specialised in marketing, financial and technical translation. My working languages are English and French into Spanish (native). I also offer transcreation and copywriting services. My main qualifications are: MA in Translation and Interpreting, BA in Conference Interpreting and a copywriting, marketing translation and transcreation course by Trágora Formación. I have worked as an internal translator for Michelin España, translating technical SOPs and manuals; as well as for other manufacturing industries. About me Growing up bilingual When I was 10-years-old, my family moved from Spain to Colorado, USA. I attended middle school there and all of my friends were American. After just 9 months no one could believe I was not born American. Learning a language this way is the most effective and efficient way to learn it. As a child, you just simply take everything in and while learning a new language, you are also learning a new culture and way of thinking. At age 13 I moved back to Spain. I was then able to cement my Spanish cultural roots. Then, when I was 15-years-old, we moved again, this time to Portugal. Here I was able to learn Portuguese at still an early age. After obtaining two University Degrees, in Law and Business Administration, and an MBA in International Business Management, I worked for several years as a lawyer, external auditor in PwC, financial controller and cost manager in several countries around the world. Throughout this time, I also worked as a freelance translator and reviser for a Law Firm for over 8 years. It then became clear to me that I was meant to be a translator and now I work as a full-time translator and reviser.

Languages and Literature have been my passion since an early age. From 2008 to present, I've worked as a freelance translator, editor and proofreader, working mainly with creative content.
