Although originally from Morocco, I grew up in Spain, but I have also experienced other cultures and backgrounds by living in France, Canada and Mexico. About my experience as a translator, I have worked on a variety of documents such as reports, letters, brochures, dossiers, web content, news, forms, architecture contracts, e-commerce, marketing, etc. Also, I participated in quality control & post-edition projects.

I have been studying the English language for 20 years and my level is C1 (certified). I am available to accept jobs from 8:00 am (GMT -3) until 10:00 pm (GMT -3) during the week. I am a qualified freelance sworn translator with more than 10 years of experience. I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting (Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), and I am currently completing an MA in Audiovisual Translation (Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona) and another in Institutional Translation (Universidad de Alicante). I specialise in audiovisual, legal and marketing translation, as well as in video game localisation, and I am comfortable using a wide range of industry-standard CAT tools. I have a B.A. Degree in English Studies and a B.A. Degree in Translation and Interpreting and I have worked as a translator, project manager and interpreter in the last years. However, I specially work with medical and pharmaceutical translations (safety data sheets, patient leaflets, clinical trials, internal reports of the pharmaceutical industry…) and every text related to India (culture, history, literature…) and yoga.
