Dear Sirs, My name is Sunita. I'm not a certified translator but I have a large and extensive experience in the translation and proofreading field in the English-Spanish language pair. I have accomplished important and huge online projects for a large number of companies, dealing with a very ample variety of topics such as engineering, architecture, monthly and yearly financial reports, marketing, websites, legal documents, dentistry and other medical topics such as translation of medical history of cancer and tuberculosis patients, children story books, novels, etc. Very punctual at delivery of the projects, exactly on the day you need it for or even before the due date so as to give us a chance to make any changes if necessary. Born in India, but brought up in Spain. My full education took place in Spain in a bilingual School.

I enjoy translation for many reasons. I have always had an interest in foreign languages and cultures, so it is a pleasure for me to have the opportunity to work with them. I also find the process of researching a subject to ensure a solid translation to be particularly satisfying, as well as investigating the expressive possibilities of my target language, an aspect of the translation process that is often overlooked and yet an important element of the quality of the final product. I have experience using tools such as Trados or Memsource, as well as the various reliable reference sources for each language (DIEC; Treccani; RAE; Τριανταφυλλίδη...). The type of translation that most attracts my attention is literary, although I have extensive demonstrable experience in the field of technical translation (recent projects being for the nautical and stone industry). I am a Colombian guy who is currently working in Russia, I have been here for more than 5 consecutive years. My native language is Spanish, I have learned English since my childhood and also because I do not live in Colombia, as a personal goal I decided to learn the Russian language, currently I have a good level in all three languages.
