Hi! I'm a professional translator from Spain with a degree in English studies: linguistics, grammar, literature and translation, and a Master's in literary translation. From studying and living abroad, currently living in Ireland, I have a firm grasp of Spanish and English/American cultures and as such can create natural and human translations. I am an English philologist whose biggest passions are languages and literature. My fields of expertise go from world's literatures to linguistics and language acquisition. Besides, I've furthered my expertise with an MA in Spanish as foreing language. I love learning about different cultures and traditions and trying to comprehend them so I can do better translations. Furthermore, as I love reading, I think that the best way to grasp an author's work is being able to read it in its own language. I also think it is important to learn languages because it brings people closer allowing a better understanding between them and that is the reason why I like translating: it builds bridges.
