I am a NATIVE Spanish speaker, from Spain. I’ve been working as a freelance translator since 2006. I am fluent in English and Portuguese and have an extensive knowledge of IT, technology, finance, economics, business, games and marketing, fields I worked in for more than 12 years. As a translator, I have been working on multiple projects for multinationals such IBM and Telefonica. Prior to founding Indigo Translations, for approximately 8 years I worked as an associate of the M&A and Capital Markets practice of Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., a law firm based in Mexico City, where I had the opportunity to participate in the negotiation and advice on some of the most representative mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs and liquidations occurred in the Mexican market during the last years, representing national and international companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds as well as in the drafting of transactional documentation for sundry industries. I am a Colombian guy who is currently working in Russia, I have been here for more than 5 consecutive years. My native language is Spanish, I have learned English since my childhood and also because I do not live in Colombia, as a personal goal I decided to learn the Russian language, currently I have a good level in all three languages.
