I have over 25 years of experience as a freelance translator, in various fields. For the last 8 years I have worked as a technical writer for a software company based in Toronto, and with a subsidiary office in Minsk. I have been responsible for online help, manuals, website management, customer support, traslation and transcription/subtitling. I must mention a special experience of mine. For the last 4-5 years, I have been very successfully collaborating with a UK-based translation agency which almost entirely deals with healthcare and pharmacology-related translations. A lion share of this work has been from Russian to English. My previous experience working as a crew member on international TA projects had helped me polish this particular language pair.
