I am a student at Brigham Young University. I am majoring in Portuguese and minoring in Translation and Localization. I have worked as a translator and project manager for Mormon Insights (a BYU website that publishes religious articles) for 4 months.

I'm a freelance technical translator and editor in the language pair EN-PT(pt). I have 10 years of experience in the IT and computing areas translating technical and marketing material for leading tech companies and brands in the international hardware and software market. I'm specialized in IT, computer software and hardware, consumer electronics, Internet, social media, and telecommunications. My other fields of experience include games/software localization and testing, business and finance, marketing and advertising, and tourism.

My experience as a translator ranges from technical documents to entertainment texts. I am a Law Bachelor and I have worked as a tax advisor, writing and proofreading documents in both English and Portuguese as daily jobs.
