I'm an Italian native speaker with a MA in Philology and Ancient History, with expertise in translation from ancient languages (i.e. Ancient Greek and Latin) and modern languages (English, German and French). I'm passionate about ancient literature, linguistics, online communication, transcreation and web content editing, which are also my working fields. Although I have a humanistic perspective and education, I'm specialized in technical translation.

I started my career 21 years ago as in-house translator and PM at a translation agency based in Turin, Italy. After three years, I decided to take up the challenge and become a freelancer, in order to devote myself to those texts I was most interested in. My experience as PM gave me a deep insight into all aspects related to the translation process, thus I perfectly know and understand the needs and expectations of Project Managers whom I work with. I am able to work under pressure, and manage large volumes of work with no prejudice to quality. I am able to translate very technical texts, like instruction manuals for X-ray inspection systems, but also to use my creative side to produce translations of content marketing articles.

I'm a native Italian speaker with full experience in translation and proofreading. I'm fluent in both English and German thanks to several trips and exchange programs in Germany, Austria and England. I'm reliable, accurate and I always meet deadlines. I have been working as a translator since 2018, when I started to attend the Languages and Cultures for Tourism and International Mediation course at the University of Bari.
