After graduating in Specialized Translation from Italy's Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators, I spent several years working as a translator, interpreter, editor and language consultant for an NGO sponsoring medical and environmental research. Hi! I'm Nino, from Italy and I'm 22 years old. I'm a Computer Science university student, science & tech enthusiast, hobbyist musician (I play electronic keyboards), scout leader, ttRPG player, gamer and professional nerd :D I'm an Italian native speaker and a B2 level english speaker. I've always been passionate about video game translation and localization, often working to create or improve translations for games I play and love. At this point I've been doing it for over 7 years as a hobbyist and 2 years as an online freelancer and I've gained some experience in the field. I have experience translating game/software content like many minecraft mods, indie games, websites and mobile apps, either working from scratch or fixing incorrect previous translations.

Over 15 years of experience in the field, having worked in Italy as a translator and proofreader and recently in Denmark as an in-house translator and editor.

I have been working as a translator since 2018, when I started to attend the Languages and Cultures for Tourism and International Mediation course at the University of Bari. I graduated with the highest grade (110 e lode) and started my specialisation at the University of Turin (a Translation course focusing on literary translation). I work from both English and French and I am fond of literature: novels, poetry, theatre are my highest aims.
