After graduating in Specialized Translation from Italy's Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators, I spent several years working as a translator, interpreter, editor and language consultant for an NGO sponsoring medical and environmental research. I finished University in 1999 and since then I have always worked in the translation field. I have good work relationships with some major global translation companies and I am used to working with a variety of offline and online CAT tools. I am always available for short translation tests to give potential clients the opportunity to try my services.

I am an Italian national, and a PhD graduate from the University of Edinburgh in the UK. I work day-to-day with technology and I have been in the translation business since 2010. I'm a reliable and professional person, as my referees can testify (available upon request).

I have been working in the translation industry for almost 18 years, dealing with translation agencies and direct clients alike. My keywords are availability, flexibility and quality. I have been working as translator since the graduation from University for foreign languages where I studied English, Italian and German language. My work as interpreter and translator is based on work in retail, marketing, law firm, NGO on protection for human rights. In different areas of my work I gained expertise in different sectors such as economics, finance, law and marketing. However, other areas of work are more than familiar to me.

I'm an Italian TRANSLATOR, PROOFREADER, author and teacher with a degree in English Language and Literature. I translate from ENGLISH and FRENCH to ITALIAN, my native language, I have worked in the publishing field as an author and coauthor, writing and editing books, dictionaries and readers for students of English (for more than 12 years), and created crosswords and puzzles in English for a magazine published monthly (for about five years). My name is Fanni, and I am currently studying International Business Economics at Corvinus University of Budapest. My native language is Hungarian, but besides that I speak English at an advanced level and I have an intermediate level Business Italian language certificate, moreover, I am preparing for an advanced level Business Italian language exam at the moment. I have translated theses, contracts, commercial texts and social media posts before, of which you can find some in my portfolio.
