Having studied in the departments of English Language Teaching & French Language and Literature at leading universities in Turkey, I have been working now for 9 years as a certified English & French translator in almost every field of translation.

From 1990 to 2003, I worked mainly as programmer, using various languages such as Fortran, Pascal, C, Visual Basic, SQL, Javascript and Perl and as system administrator, setting computers and networks and familiar with UNIX, and most of Windows OS and Mac OS versions. - From 2001 to 2010, I worked as French translator in an in-house translation department, translating over 7 millions words. This included company literature, magazines, services brochures, finance manuals, computers manuals, Web sites, voice over scripts and subtitles. - From 2011 to 2015, I became a Translation System Manager, implementing the SDL WorldServer solution in my department, setting up the software including workflows and filters, writing training material for the translators and translation manager and getting the system in used. I'm a 29 years old French girl who first worked in Education, then decided to change and study Tourism. After 2 years as a Tour Guide in Portugal, working daily in English, French and basic Portuguese, I'm back in France. Currently working full time as a tour guide in a famous Champagne house, using English and French on a daily bases. Also working on a van transformation, starting to learn Spanish and saving money to go on a WHV in New Zeland in 2023/2024. I love to travel and my goal would be to manage to work online while travelling. I'm also passionate about wine, food, craft beer and animal cause.
